We have a limited supply of floral smudge sticks each season. Made from artemesia frigida with up to 12 different wild and cultivated flowers grown in our organic gardens, including: lavender, hyssop, poppies, thyme, sunflower, sage, calendula, chamomile, yarrow, mullein, alfalfa, St. John’s wort flower. Sweet grass is traditionally used by Native American tribes to purify themselves before a sacred ceremony. This is done by lighting the end of the smudge stick, blowing the flame out and then cleansing with the aromatic smoke. Swirl the smoke all around the person, space or object that you wish to purify.
