Who We Are
Earthstar Farms is a collective of four certified organic farms located in the foothills above Boulder, Colorado. Together, Wildcat Gardens, Earthstar Farm, Wildstar Farm, and Starlight Caravan steward over 150 acres of mountain meadows, pine forests, and cultivated garden spaces.
The growers are neighbors who share a deep reverence for the land and a commitment to caring for it as sacred. Earthstar Farms has been USDA Certified Organic for over 30 years and is dedicated to earth-wise, sustainable practices including Biodynamics, Permaculture, and regenerative land stewardship.

Earthstar Farms has the good fortune to share the land with The StarHouse. A Boulder icon, The StarHouse is a much-loved temple that hosts many sacred ceremonies, weddings and healing workshops. The land is also home to sculptures, energy-works, sacred spaces, labyrinths, trails, and a historical log cabin. These aspects combine to create a unique, special place of natural power and beauty. Over the years, many people have found deep nourishment on this land.

Our Mission…
Earthstar Farms is a collective of four small organic farms located in the foothills above Boulder, Colorado. The growers are all neighbors and hold the land as sacred. Earthstar Farms has been USDA certified organic for over 20 years and is committed to following earth-wise, sustainable practices such as Biodynamics and Permaculture.
Medicinal herbs are Earthstar Farms’ specialty, as the mountain environment naturally grows wild healing herbs such as St. John’s wort, monarda, yarrow and Oregon grape root. Other cultivated herbs, including nettles, calendula, red clover, lavender, passion flower and sweet grass, are grown in garden areas. Harvested herbs are dried in solar drying sheds, or made into products such as smudge sticks, sweet grass braids and essential oils. All the work and products are made by hand, on the land.
